There’s no cost. These sessions are completely free. If you feel moved to give, I gratefully accept donations—give only what your heart feels is right. Whether you give nothing or something, the space I offer remains open to you.

Anyone. Whether you are dealing with stress, loneliness, grief, confusion, relationship issues, or simply need someone to talk to, The Listening Space is open to you. There are no restrictions.
No. You can come as often as you need. Some people book once; others return regularly. There is no limit and no cost.
Yes, we encourage scheduling your session in advance so we can be fully present for you. Booking is quick and easy through this website. Just click the “Book a Session” button, choose a time that works for you, and you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
You will have space to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We listen with empathy, patience, and respect. It’s not therapy or counselling—just a safe place to be heard. It is a conversational style. Sessions usually last between 30–60 minutes.
Yes. The Listening Space offers free listening and/or conversational sessions. I received freely; I give freely. Donations are accepted, but there is absolutely no obligation to give.
No. We are not therapists or counsellors. We don’t diagnose or give advice. We simply listen. If at any point you need professional help, we can guide you toward resources.
Absolutely. What you share stays private. We do not record sessions or share your details. The only exception is if we believe you are in immediate danger of harming yourself or others. You can choose to remain anonymous. You are welcome to use just your first name or even a pseudonym if you prefer.
Yes. You are free to bring up any topic—personal struggles, daily stress, major life challenges, breakups, divorce, toxic relationships, betrayal, missing someone, being misunderstood, lack of purpose, gender identity, coming out, family secrets, fear of failure, fear of rejection, needed to vent out, retirement, simple reflections, to name but a few. Nothing is too small or too big. Anything.
All sessions are online only. We do not offer in-person, face-to-face meetings. This ensures anyone can access The Listening Space from anywhere in the world.
